"Whether it's me or my daughter in Kennesaw looking for medical facilities such as urgent Care they only have very few listed and the ones they have are not appropriate. I had to then call the number on my medical card to get the information. The only listings my adult daughter could get were two pediatric. their virtual operator can only respond to preset questions which may not apply. Not user friendly"
